Everything worked out wonderfully. The receptionist was very friendly, he also offered me the chance to sit down if I wanted to rest for a while. I could also use the restroom. My suitcase was kept in a locked room.

Hotel 6 mins from Chester railway station. Staff at hotel super helpful. Very flexible and told us reception covered 24/7 so we didn't need to give a precise return time. All went very smoothly allowing us to enjoy few hours in Chester without being encumbered by our luggage would use again

First when we realized your lockers were not big enough to store all our luggage we tried to rent two more and you gave us locker number three again. Took us very long time trying to contact you but were not able to. We ended up renting another locker and paid for it. we had to go back and forth from our hotel to locker storage so many times. And not able to talk to anyone right away we were very worried. Later that evening we were able to retrieve our luggage -you open the door and we got our luggage out was good. Also money refund for the locker rented to us twice was good.
