Drop off - Very close to Paddington station.Easy to find. Friendly welcome from shop owner. No fuss. Provided the tags and asked us to photo the tags and bags,to aid easy pick up later. Collection process - very easy. All very smooth. Took a minute or two to get bags back. All round a very good experience for the first time I'd used Stasher
