The storage location was in a downstairs store which wasn't locked. Our bags were placed of the floor with other customers. We where not given a label to confirm drop off.

The service was good, however not getting any bag tags or written receipt of the stashed bags was very strange. They asked me to take a photo of the bag tags. This is no way secure nor efficient. What happens if you get your phone stolen or lost, or simply your battery dies!?
