As this is a desirable luggage storage site serving several companies, be aware that there is often a long single queue to drop off/collect luggage from the narrow subterranean space. Plan for waits of up to 20 minutes to drop-off or collect luggage rather than cutting your timing too close. When collecting my own luggage, I was initially given two different tote bags that were not mine but had apparently been stored on top of my suitcases during the day. I declined those full (and wide open!) tote bags, which I recognized as belonging to two other customers who had been ahead of me in the queue earlier in the day. I hope they got them in the end.
