Seamless experience. Only reason giving 4 stars not 5 is that the identification process felt a little dodgy - on drop off, the store took a picture of my bag with my ID in the foreground of the photo. On collection, I didn't have to show that same ID - anyone could have theoretically taken my bag, simply by saying "Yes" when shown a whatsapp pictire of my bag.

I used the service twice. The first time they were able to find me at the drop-off and return my luggage with my ID, while the second time it was absolutely necessary to have the code and there was no check of my ID.
