The hotel in Cordoba was well located-- we walked with our luggage from the train station to the hotel. It was open when we arrived at 8:00 am on a Sunday. It was well located, walking distance from the Mezquita-Catedral. The staff was friendly and efficient. There was a secure place where the luggage was stored. Retreiving the luggage was just as easy and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Posada de Vallina was the perfect place to leave our bags while we toured around Cordaba Spain for a day. They were helpful, and called a taxi for us when we were ready to leave. Definitely recommend them!

I recommend this service. We stopped by Cordoba via train from Seville to Granada and took a short taxi to this posada. We dropped our bags (after pre booking) fur 3.5 hours and toured around the mezquita, fortress and Roman bridge before reversing course. A wonderful addition to our trip and saved us the trouble of lugging our suitcases around. Very nice people on the posada who store your bags in a separate locked room.  Great business concept.

It was a great location, but I thought it was a little pricey compared to some of the other options. The hotel service was great, however.

As I stated above, Posada de Vallina did great. Helpful ppl at Reception to do the Stasher process, and exc location next to the Mezquita. Relieved the stress in trying to get a locker at the Cordiba bus station.

Everyone we interfaced with were friendly and accommodating. Suggested buffet breakfast at hotel we were storing luggage which was a surprise since due to the early drop off time there weren’t any restaurants or cafes open to grab a quick breakfast. They were also helpful in arranging taxi service back to the train station as we were running late. 😊

Loved using the Posada de Vallina. The experience could not have been smoother. Our bags were taken care of immediately by two people who had very, very strong English skills. The Posada is right behind the Mezquita so was very convenient.

Very very convenient, just in front of the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba (in front means really some 3 metres away or so). Staff very friendly and nice. When picking up the luggage, he offered to call a taxi for us, without asking him.

Perfect location and friendly staff. He even called us a taxi when we picked up our bags. Couldn’t ask for more.

Getting around Córdoba

Automated lockers are available at the bus station near Córdoba Central, the city’s main railway station at Glorieta de las Tres Culturas. LOCK & enjoy! operates at C. de Alhaken II, 16, with access 24 hours a day. Córdoba Locker is at Calle Fernando de Córdoba 5, where size M lockers start at 5,95€ per day.

Airport arrivals have a public-bus connection with the city centre. Lines O1 and O2 run a circular route between Córdoba Airport and Plaza de la República Argentina. Line O2 has an estimated travel time of 30 minutes. This places the bus-station locker option near the main rail station, while Plaza de la República Argentina is the stated city-centre stop for the airport route.

Bag-free sightseeing in the historic centre

Córdoba’s historic centre is compact, with the Mosque-Cathedral about a 5-minute walk from the Alcázar of the Christian Monarchs. One well-placed Stasher point can therefore cover both sights.

Bag restrictions make luggage storage in Córdoba more than a convenience. The Mosque-Cathedral prohibits suitcases, bulky bags and backpacks longer than 35cm. At the Julio Romero de Torres Museum, there is no cloakroom. Only small handbags or backpacks measuring no more than 30 × 30cm are admitted, and they must be carried on the front of the body. Storing larger bags before visiting avoids being turned away from either attraction.
