Very easy to use and navigate. Location was great. I've used luggage storage in the past, where you leave your belongings with someone you must trust to keep safe. I liked the locked storage much better. The drop-off and pickup were easy and safe.

Very quick and easy storage. I took a photo of my case when dropping it off. I wasn't asked for ID, just my booking details. Easy collection.
The venue was a bit further from my destination than I expected. But it was great to have somewhere to store my heavy luggage on my last day in London. I also used the venue as the pick up point for my ride to the airport. Very convenient.
We left our bags at the Premier Inn, partly due to location and partly because, as first time Stasher users, it felt slightly safer, even if it was a bit more expensive than some other locations. The staff knew what they were doing, the luggage room was just off the reception so easy to access and we weren't kept waiting so we could get on with our day.

The Express 4 (E4) bus runs directly from the airport to the Bastion area in the city centre, taking roughly 25 minutes depending on traffic.
