It was great to find a stashpoint so close to Waterloo Station. The stashpoint was really easy to locate. Dropping off and picking up my bags was quick and easy. I felt my bags were safe and secure as they were checked out against the numbers on my luggage slip. I would definitely use this stashpoint again.

Location was very convenient, but member of staff was not that friendly and shop appeared somewhat rundown from the outside. Security of our bags was questionable.
Very convenient location, as other reviews say you take a picture when dropping the bags and then when you're picking up you show the same picture so they can retrieve them. Great if you're spending some time around the area.
The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from Lime Street railway station, so it was very convenient. We will definitely use the service again.
