Doha Metro permits one piece of luggage per passenger, excluding small bags from that count. The permitted piece must not exceed 85cm by 60cm by 30cm, so an extra suitcase or a bag larger than any of those dimensions falls outside the stated allowance. Unattended luggage is not carried. Operators may remove or destroy items left on the network, so bags cannot be left in a station or on a train. For luggage beyond the allowance, do not assume it can travel on the Metro. A Doha Metro or Lusail Tram journey also requires tapping in at a Travel Pass validator and tapping out to finish.
