The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in and collection process was fast and hassle-free, and I felt confident leaving my luggage there. The location is very convenient, especially if you're near Liverpool Street Station. Everything was safe and well organized. Highly recommended!

This drop off point which was a hotel, the people were SUUUUUPER friendly and helpful, over and beyond the service we had paid for. Also, it really was just a 5-minute walk from the Manchester train station, they let us use their bathroom facilities, which was a bonus, and was a good starting point to go explore the city. Definitely recommend!!!
