Very friendly staff. Luggage was stored in the reception room behind the counter so nobody unauthorized could reach it. Easy drop off and pick up.

Great location, staff were friendly, felt very safe as bags were stowed under lock and key

The location was fine, but it was very difficult to find because it was not marked, and when I received the confirmation, it just pointed me towards a big building with numerous different businesses inside. I think that for the local providers to have pictures that clearly indicate how to reach them would be really helpful.

The venue host was brilliant - friendly, understood the stasher process, had proper 'Stasher' luggage tags, and put our bags into a locked cupboard. They made sure to check what time we were coming back for them so they knew what time to expect us, and when we returned they were really polite and asked if we'd enjoyed our time in Warsaw. Would highly recommend this venue as it's a great location close to the train station and is available 24hrs.

Luggage was placed in a locked room downstairs. Seemed secure. Though I didn’t have locks for each piece of luggage, everything was safely returned.

Great location (closest to National Gallery from what I found). Also they are 24/7, unlike other "store luggage" services I checked. They speak English (it's great!). Check-in and check-out was good as expected, no issues. I would come again. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience leaving my luggage at SCSK Zurawia Hotel! The person at the reception on June 13 was really nice and helpful. My bags were safely stored in an inner room. 10/10 recommend!

Storage at Warszawa Centralna and Warsaw Chopin Airport

Warsaw Chopin Airport’s Terminal A has luggage lockers on the arrivals level, behind the public bus stop. They hold bags for up to 72 hours, with a daily charge of 12 PLN to 16 PLN depending on locker size. The SKM train takes approximately 30 minutes from the airport to the CENTRUM stop. Warszawa Centralna, in the city centre, is Warsaw’s main intercity rail arrival point and a major hub for long-distance and regional trains. Its northern gallery has luggage lockers available 24 hours a day. A separate left luggage office in the same gallery operates from 09:00 to 21:00. Airport arrivals therefore have a facility at Terminal A, while train arrivals have both round-the-clock lockers and a daytime left luggage office at the central rail hub.

Bag Policies at Warsaw Museums and Historic Sights

Stasher’s luggage storage in Warsaw Old Town is separate from the mandatory cloakroom rules at several major sights. The Royal Castle requires backpacks, bags, suitcases, umbrellas, Nordic walking sticks and coats to be left in its cloakroom. Royal Łazienki Museum also requires large bags, rucksacks, suitcases, umbrellas and Nordic-walking poles to be left there. At POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, rucksacks, bags, suitcases and umbrellas must go to the cloakroom. The National Museum of Technology requires backpacks, bags and larger luggage to be left there. The Museum of Warsaw requests that luggage such as rucksacks, bags and suitcases is placed in its cloakroom. These rules cover both everyday bags and specific items such as coats, umbrellas and walking poles.

Opening Hours, Booking Policies, and Stasher Guarantee

Stasher has 12 Warsaw locations that stay open late, plus 3 open 24/7, giving you evening and late-night retrieval options. There are no bag size or weight limits, so the same luggage storage in Warsaw covers bags of any dimensions and weight.

Reservations are made online with a trusted local shop, hotel, or self-service smart locker. Bags remain safely stored out of sight until collection. If plans change, cancelling before drop-off brings either a 50% refund or a 100% coupon.

Every Stasher reservation in Warsaw includes the Stasher Guarantee, covering up to US$14,000 per booking. That adds protection to the storage arrangement while the late-opening locations provide more flexibility for evening and overnight schedules.
