Central location which was easy to find. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly. All I had to do was show my booking and she took care of the rest. When I returned to collect my bags, it was very straightforward. I will definitely use this location again when I am back in Krakow.
- Lorraine
The gentleman was pleasant. Our bags were secured not just left willy nilly. the location was convenient to tourist sites and our Airbnb.
- Heather
Easy, straightforward process. Chap was very helpful and friendly. I was slightly concerned however not to get a receipt for my bag when I left it, perhaps that’s something for Stasher to consider doing in the future.

The location is very central. Perfect for if you want to explore the city before checking in to your accommodation or before travelling to the airport after check out.
- LAURA
The hostel features secure entry codes for both the front desk and luggage storage areas, ensuring the safety of your belongings. I felt confident leaving my trolley there all day while I explored the city.

We had to leave our ski resort earlier due to traffic problems, resulting in a day in Krakow. After Googling baggage storage options, Stasher looked the most reliable especially Hostel HeyNow as lockers were provided rather than a room with all left luggage held together There is only pedestrian access to this road in the Old Town, but it was only a short walk. The receptionist was very helpful, finding out which train to catch to the airport and giving us clear directions to the station, again a short walk. Hostel HeyNow is situated in the Old Town, near the main square, markets, river and castle. Great value at 5 euros for the day.
- Konrad
Great service. Allowed us to bring the bags in separately & early too meaning we could enjoy the last day without lugging cases for a very reasonable price.
- Rosa
Excellent service. I arrived even before the scheduled time to leave my luggage and there were no problems. The storage took place in a safe deposit box for which I was given the key.

Storing bags around Kraków's airport, main station and bus terminal
Stasher has storage near Kraków, with 3 points open 24/7 and 12 points staying open late. That gives luggage storage in Kraków at either end of the airport rail journey. SKA1 runs directly between Kraków Airport and Kraków Główny in 17–20 minutes. The airport station is directly beside the passenger terminal, linked by a covered footbridge, so either end can suit an arrival or departure. The same route continues to Wieliczka Rynek Kopalnia.
Official alternatives are also available. Kraków Główny’s underground concourse has automatic lockers operating around the clock, at approximately 20 PLN per 24-hour cycle. Airport lockers in Parking Lot P2 also operate around the clock, with Size L from 24 PLN per 24-hour cycle. The MDA Bus Station left-luggage facility opens daily from 06:00 to 21:45 and charges 14 PLN per started calendar day for Size S.
Bag-free visits to Wawel Castle and Kraków's museums
Wawel Castle bars bags and backpacks over 35×25×15 cm from its exhibition spaces, directing visitors to its luggage room. That makes somewhere to store larger bags useful before a castle visit.
At Kraków’s National Museum, cloakroom use is compulsory for coats, rucksacks and large handbags, but the cloakroom does not accept suitcases. A suitcase therefore needs another arrangement rather than the museum’s cloakroom.
MOCAK also prohibits suitcases, backpacks, bags and umbrellas in its exhibition spaces. Its self-service lockers accept deposited luggage only up to 48×37×48 cm, so larger items need storage elsewhere.
The Museum of Kraków’s Old Synagogue branch bars backpacks and luggage over 30 litres from its permanent exhibition. Taken together, these rules make luggage storage in Kraków a practical answer for visits to several main sights.
