This is a self-service luggage storage room down a narrow flight of stairs within a hotel. Staff was efficient in tagging my bag and directing me down the stairs. However, the luggage room was jam-packed and I had to put my bag on top of others. Also, the door wasn't locked (though it has a keypad), which made me nervous. Nonetheless, my bag was safe and sound when I returned that evening, and the staff did ask to see my baggage tag to check I'd taken the right bag.
