The location is very handy for King's Cross and St Pancreas stations. The staff were helpful. The storage is down a staircase but I'm sure the staff would assist if you are unable to use the stairs.

Lovely staff helped us stash 2 largest suitcases and some carry on bags. Really easy drop-off and pick-up, great location if you’re travelling via Manchester Piccadilly Station. Made our last day in Manchester great as we didn’t have to carry our luggage throughout the city!

The location was great! Right next to the train station and many bus stops, including for buses to the airport. There was a big sign outside the building with the hotel's name, so you can't miss it. Also appreciated the fact dropping off the luggage was easy; no stairs to climb, no lifts needed, etc. The reception where we dropped them off was right in front of the entrance, so dropping off the luggage was hassle-free.
