The storage was in a local shop, which suited us. There was no issues with that. But the 5 start review is mostly for the shopkeeper. He was so kind and helpful and did not mind that we took shelter there while hiding from the rain. He was also very polite to the customers that came in through the doors.

Located on 1st floor but there are lifts, would have given 5 stars but we had to leave our luggage outside of the main store room due to how busy they were even though we had booked in advance. Easy process and perfectly located near to the port

The staff at the establishment were very friendly, which is not what is stated in the review, of course, everything is wrong. But they had no way to help us. They really should store the luggage and charge everything themselves, not this intermediary who knows how little they pay them.
