Tres Cruces is Montevideo's main bus terminal in the Tres Cruces district and is easily accessible by bus or taxi. The terminal has only one left luggage store - Le Bagage. They charge either hourly rates or daily rates depending on how long you need your luggage stored and the type of luggage you are storing.
While the terminal is open 24 hours, the luggage room is available:
- 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM - Monday to Thursday
- 9 AM to 11 PM - Friday
- 9 AM to 9 PM - Saturday
- 10:30 AM to 9 PM - Sunday
Buquebus Ferry Terminal
The Buquebus Ferry Terminal connects travelers between Montevideo, Colonia, and Buenos Aires. Although you can bring one large luggage and two carry-on pieces onto the ferry, there is also an option to leave it at a left luggage center at the terminal.
Depending on the size of your bag, it costs around 105 to 209 pesos per day to store your luggage here. They will also accept long-term storage periods, such as for two weeks.
Carrasco International Airport
As the largest and main international airport in Uruguay, Carrasco International Airport has an abundance of travelers going through it every day. Their luggage storage rates begin at 270 pesos per day, per bag and range depending on the luggage weight. The information desk at the public Arrivals Hall on the ground floor can direct you to the storage location.
