We were lucky to stumble on the receptionist taking out the trash so he can open the front door and let us leave the bags. There was like no doorbell, at least I didn’t saw one but he was very polite and explained how we can get back our bags whenever we feel like.

We had a little problems because when we arrive to the point we should leave our luggage was a building and we didn't had access to come in or someone with who talk, we were ringing the bell couple of times without any answer and we decided to search in internet thr number of the hotel and then call and finally get the instructions to get in , but at the App we didn't get any of this information which make us lose some time ,but apart of that was ok

The proprietor went over and above to save our day. We dropped our bags after taking a taxi from Linate Airport. After a day in Milano we returned to collect our bags. While waiting outside her shop, my phone rang. It was the driver who was supposed to pick us up. Unfortunately he spoke little English and I even less Italian. Vivian graciously offered to be our interpreter. It turned out the driver was going to be 1.5 hours late and was asking if we wanted to get a different taxi to Bellagio (from Milano). She made sure he understood he was to come and pick us up. Getting a different driver would have taken longer and cost more. She volunteered to put our bags back in her store while we went for a bite to eat and a glass of wine. The situation could have been much different without her. The driver may have just given up without her talking to him. She was busy running her business but she took the time and effort to help every way she could. I would give 10 stars if I could. The shop is not well marked but Google Maps took the taxi straight there and eventually the second taxi too. It’s next to a small restaurant. The address is Via Giovanni Rasori, 4 Milano
