Straight forward and easy to find once realised there are two Premier Inns a couple of doors down from one another. Process to drop off bag and pick up quick and smooth. Could be a bit of an issue if trying to do it at a busy check in time.

The Premier Inn staff were welcoming and friendly. I arrived later than the scheduled time due to a delayed flight, but having called them to advise, they were totally fine with this and it wasn't a issue. There was a small bit of confusion when I arrived at reception as they initially thought I was staying at the hotel, not just my bag. Though once this was sorted it was fine. My bag was there 8 days later, just as I had left it, plus the staff had picked up a small plastic snap-lock bag of items I have dropped and placed it with the bag. Shows that they were going that extra bit.
