Only issue was having to negotiate stairs, however once inside the staff informed me we could of come down the side street and there’s no stairs in to the building!

Well located drop-off, at a walking distance of the main attraction in Tlaquepaque. The owner was also very friendly. The stashpoint wasn't perfect though, the access was very tight between parked cars.

The member of staff I spoke to was friendly. The hotel is well signposted and accessible from public transport and is linked by paths to the nearby ExCeL London.

Really easy to use but no security check done when I collected the bag to make sure it was being given to the right person - mine was the only bag there but I wasn’t asked to show a booking confirmation or ID etc so slightly concerned about lack of security and who else could’ve walked in & took my bag but great service and would use again.
