A lot of people had left their bags here due to restrictions at a nearby venue. This meant that some bags were left behind the desk instead of securely locked away. This was fine while someone was at the desk, but I'd have concerns about something happening to my bag if the receptionist stepped away for a moment. It was an easily accessible reception for someone just passing through.
