The personnel from the hostel didn't have my data for the booking. They said they changed the owner recently. I don't blame the hostel actually but Stasher. The girl from the reception was very nice to still keep our 2 trolleys for the day, but didn't have a separate room for that. The moment at the airport when my trolley gets held for being suspicious and checked for drugs was a quite scary, but everything was OK eventually.

Straightforward and easy but doesn't give you the exact address till you book - so the walking time was slightly higher than I expected. Other than that it's great, made my trip much easier!

The experience was good. We just needed to stash for 4-5 hours. Taxi had some trouble finding the spot. The building itself was not well marked and once inside it was still not well indicated. However, once we found it the service was great! The young lady working was very helpful. We felt very secure leaving our bags. On our return the young lady helped to get a taxi service to the airport, we had access to a bathroom and wifi while we waited. We were very impressed. Overall, a great service. Online there was a glitch where I was charged twice, it was more an issue of internet connection but I got on chat with them and it was sorted immediately.

We'll either liaise with the host for expedited opening, arrange nearby storage, or, if impossible, offer a refund for the inconvenience and potentially assist with necessary travel adjustments. For flights, prioritize not missing them as shipping bags is often cheaper than rebooking; always keep crucial travel documents with you. Note the Stashpoint's operating hours carefully; we may be limited in assistance for late arrivals, but will always strive to help.
Can I get a refund?
We know plans change so any booking can be cancelled up until the drop off window begins. To cancel your booking please log into your account, and under ‘My Bookings’ find the booking you’d like cancelled and refunded. We cannot refund bookings after the drop off time has elapsed unless in special circumstances, e.g. a delayed flight, or if you made a booking in error and have placed a new booking. If you're unable to collect your luggage the next day, we can arrange shipping for you and provide the associated costs and options.

Every bag booked through Stasher is covered by a guarantee of up to $1,300 against theft or damage while stored at our StashPoints. While we prioritize the safety of your luggage, we strongly advise against storing essential travel documents, keys, or valuable electronics such as phones. Please note that only bags booked directly through Stasher are covered by our guarantee. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Additionally, our T&Cs prohibit the storage of certain items, including cash and securities.
Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
Can someone else pick up my luggage for me?
If someone else needs to pick up or drop off your luggage, please email [email protected] in advance so we can update the host. The new person will also need to present the booking confirmation number and a valid ID.
Can I pay in store?
