We used this company for luggage storage after checking out of our accommodation. They were very friendly and professional. It was easy to find.
The personnel from the hostel didn't have my data for the booking. They said they changed the owner recently. I don't blame the hostel actually but Stasher. The girl from the reception was very nice to still keep our 2 trolleys for the day, but didn't have a separate room for that. The moment at the airport when my trolley gets held for being suspicious and checked for drugs was a quite scary, but everything was OK eventually.

Easy, straightforward process. Chap was very helpful and friendly. I was slightly concerned however not to get a receipt for my bag when I left it, perhaps that’s something for Stasher to consider doing in the future.
Brilliant concept and such an easy process! I checked out of my Airbnb at 10am and my flight wasn’t until 9pm. I was given a variety of places to stash my bag and picked one in the centre where I was given my own locker and key. It was easy to find and could go back and forth as we wished. Great service, easy app and great value for money!

I used Stasher in Krakow for the time slot from around 11 AM to 5 PM. You can choose the nearest partner location, and ours was 200 meters away. The online payment method is convenient, with very competitive prices. Personally, I feel safer leaving my luggage in a storage facility that has someone to monitor it rather than in a locker with a padlock, so Stasher was the perfect choice.
