Arriving at the hotel, we told the gentleman about our booking, who pointed out three lockers that were already well filled. In addition to toilet paper, hanging laundry items, and copier paper, our belongings were to be stored. There was no check on what we had booked, nor was anything marked. The lockers could not be locked and resembled three wardrobes about 50 cm wide. When I asked him who checks that the correct items are always taken out, he replied that the reception was always staffed and there were cameras. When we went to collect our things in the evening, the reception was not staffed; we were in the process of taking our items from the locker when the employee arrived. No questions. No checks. It would have been completely normal for us to take everything from the locker - no one would have cared.
