I used stasher a few times in the last month, but this time it was very strange experience. I left my bags and collected them in the evening without any damage/issue, so I cannot complain, storage job was done. But still- When I arrived, the guy behind the counter did not understand me when I said "Stasher", only when I showed him the booking confirmation, he understood what I wanted. Then he placed my bags behind the counter between his legs, not in a storage room as I expected. He also did not check my reservation on his system at all, so I was not feeling comfortable to leave my bags. Later in the evening when we arrived to collect them at 18:40, everything when fine without any issues, but a minute after we left, he closed the shop behind us, while it was supposed to be open until 20:00 (collection until 19:00). I really afraid to think what would happen if we arrived at 18:45. He probably would wait till 19:00 for us, but I don't know that for sure, and I just don't want even think about it, it was a shock for me.

Arriving and leaving: station, airport and bus rules
The Airlink bus (line 199) connects Verona Porta Nuova station with Verona Valerio Catullo Airport. A one-way ticket costs €7.00. On ATV services you can carry one piece of hand luggage up to 55x40x20 cm free, but anything larger needs an extra ticket. Backpacks must be carried by hand rather than worn on your shoulders, and luggage can't sit on seats or block the aisle.
Bag rules at Verona's sights and museums
