The drop off of our luggage was pretty easy and convenient, the staff was friendly. But when we came to pick up our bag, the people working at that time were not aware at all of where our bag was being stored. We had lunch there while they were looking for our bag which they eventually found after some time. We ended up being right on time for our train afterwards, but 15 minutes more would have put us in a difficult situation. Hence an average rating.
