Very convenient for us as so close to bus and train station. Easy drop off and we were asked to take photos of our luggage. Room unlocked. When went to collect it there we were just asked to go in and collect and no one checked it against photos we had taken to ensure it was ours. Not sure what measures are in place to ensure you only take your own bag.

The Convenience Store, was just that, convenient. I was looking to watch a show a few metres from the store, and it was in the perfect location. The staff were friendly and location was clean and their process was sound. All in all a positive experience, and will recommend to friends and family.

Nice clean location and friendly staff. Had to take my case down some stairs that wouldn't have been so easy with a larger case. Loaded case into luggage room myself, which was locked though other users would have had access too. Ultimately my case was fine, so it was a good experience - very close to St Pancras and Kings Cross stations.
