There's a big risk of being stuck in a queue behind hotel guests checking in or occupying the single staff member on concierge with obscure lengthy requests. Given it's a cheap hotel it's quite busy. This happened to me on both drop off and collection, taking more than 15 minutes, so I would be concerned if I was in a rush and trying to get to a train. On the plus side it's open 24 hours.
