Great service, nice people at the shop where we dropped our baggage. But at no point did they check our reservation details, and worse, when we went to pick up it was a new person and they just let us pick up the baggage without confirming in any way it was ours. How was our baggage secure from someone else entering, pointing to our suitcases and taking them as theirs?
