Location is great, right opposite Paddington main entrance. Service was fast and secure. It is located in a bureau de change. The site is right on the street and suitcases are chained up in the store and a luggage tag provided

The stash point is a prominent location in Kings Cross, just metres from the station. This was our first time using Stasher and it wasn’t explained well by the staff. We were given tags which I filled in my details on and attached. All seemed fine, but when we returned we were asked to show photos of our bags. We hadn’t been asked to take photos of them. The guy wasn’t the most friendly but after giving a detailed description he gave us our bags. I would use this stash point again if needing luggage storage near Kings Cross just due to the convenience of the location and now understanding how the service works.

Well, everything went fine! Is an Indian restaurant, they were not aware in the beginning about Stasher, but they solved very quickly and put our luggage in the restaurant office and everything went fine.
