Bottom line. We were able to leave and retrieve our stuff. But Stasher never checked our reservation. We had a few coats in addition to one shopping bag and had to fashion a “bag” out of some plastic under a table in the store in order for stasher to accept. When we returned our things were just sitting on the floor behind the counter. Again, we got the “service” we paid for, but it felt sketchy.
