Although there was a slight delay receiving the details via email mail (a few minutes) once we had the details the process was really easy. The location was really handy for Euston and the staff were really friendly.

Very convenient location to store our bags after checking out of the apartment. Right next to Torre Clérigos, which you don’t want to be carrying your luggage up! Shop keeper was very nice. Would recommend.

Drop off and collection were simple enough. I didn't leave any valuables in my bag following other reviews and wasn't concerned about my bag being left in the reception area. Got a drink from the bar before collecting my bag and heading to the Sleeper Train back home. Great location right in front of the railway station.
