Everything was ok, but felt less safe than other stashpoints I used in the past. On pick-up, I was led into the storage room and asked to take my bag, the worker never doublechecked I took my bag. I felt uncomfortable with that.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped me up and down the stairs with my heavy suitcase.
