We stored at the hub Premier Inn in Edinburgh and they knew exactly what to do, no delays and friendly service. Pick up was simple and we were actually taken to where the bags are stored so we could easily identify our bags for staff. They double checked tags and stub to ensure we were taking correct bags. The Stasher unit was literally a couple of minutes from Paddington Station. It's a small currency exchange, which was obviously popular for storing luggage as there were several larger suitcases chained together and several smaller cases behind the counter. I had to show my confirmation email, and was given a numbered ticket that I had to take a photo of my suitcase with to show upon my return. The staff were friendly and seemed to clearly know the system they were suppose to follow. I returned later that afternoon and very easily retrieved my suitcase, intact and clearly not opened. (We had rigged the zip to be able to see if anyone had tried to open it). I would happily use the Stasher App again, and indeed this storage facility too. It made our day around London much more comfortable without having to drag a suitcase around with us.

The staff was very friendly but it was a bit puzzling not being as official as usual garderobes are. Also, google maps sent me first to climb a street. More exact description of the location (like on the main pedestrian street) would have helped. The location is good to start exploring the downtown and there is a direct tram to the airport (31 minutes) but for those who take the train it is on station further, even if on the map it is confusing and seems close.
