Needed to leave my luggage somewhere before getting to the airport, and I did not want to go back to the hotel. So after looking to find something (the places in the train station are not always guaranteed since there are only a few luggage storage for so many travelers), I came across #Stasher. Great way to solve my little problem that made a difference to the rest of my day. The in-store experience was also good; the lady checked my email payment confirmation, tagged the luggage and gave me my tag number (to get the luggage back). The only thing that I would say (and not related to safety, the luggage was perfectly fine); I was expecting them to have a specific place somewhere in the shop, like luggage storage boxes or something like that; instead, they just put them behind the counter. That is the only thing I was not expecting. But still, the 5 stars are worth it.

It's a good service. You basically leave your bags with a business and can get them back when they are open. Can be more convenient than lockers as the locations are more convenient. Easy to use, book and pay online and the people at the shop just need to see the email.

We cannot refund bookings after the drop off time has elapsed unless in special circumstances, e.g. a delayed flight, or if you made a booking in error and have placed a new booking. How do I retrieve my luggage once I’ve stored it?
When you return to collect your luggage, simply present your Booking ID along with either the counterpart tag or a photo of your luggage. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
Can someone else pick up my luggage for me?
If someone else needs to pick up or drop off your luggage, please email [email protected] in advance so we can update the host. The new person will also need to present the booking confirmation number and a valid ID.
