The last star is missing because the store owner doesn't quite understand how the check-in and check-out process works. Here, I don't know if there might be some instructions missing for the store during registration, otherwise it should perhaps be considered. And when we came to pick up our suitcase, we saw that it was just standing in the middle of the store where customers were walking around it. Not very reassuring if you don't have a lock on your suitcase (fortunately, we did). I don't know if there is a standard requirement for the store that has to store luggage, otherwise this should definitely be implemented, where the requirement was that the suitcase should be stored in a non-accessible place. The store was also set up to hold 20 suitcases, so in this case, there could have actually been 20 suitcases standing in the middle of the store.
