The young man at Sam’s Souvenirs was brilliant. Really helpful and explained how the process worked with me taking a photo of our bags with the numbered tags on. I felt confident that they would be safe and this was rewarded. He was quick to retrieve them when I returned. I will definitely use this service again!

Drop off and collection were both very swift. Staff were polite and efficient. Both visits were over within a couple of minutes. On neither visit were we asked for the booking details, which seemed odd. In spite of that, the whole process gave us confidence that our luggage was in safe teams.
