Very well-situated in the centre of Belfast - we were having a few more hours in the city before heading off to catch a flight, so the proximity to both the centre and the bus station was ideal. The whole process was really easy and staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is very convenient, which is the main reason I chose this luggage storage. Unfortunately, the staff member who received my bags was not friendly or welcoming. The process also felt a bit insecure, as the luggage was simply left on the floor and a photo was taken instead of being properly tagged or stored. In the end, everything was fine and my bags were returned safely, but the experience didn't give me much confidence. I probably wouldn't use this service again.

Very easy to book and unlike some sites you could actually see where your bag was going to be stored . It cost a bit more than some other sites but I was happy to pay that for extra peace of mind and it was a lot cheaper than storing it at a railway station left luggage. 4 rather than 5 stars as the receptionist at the Premier Inn didn’t really seem to know what she was supposed to do , so there was none of the procedure as suggested by the email I received, however, there was no issue with storing the bag. Would definitely use Stasher again and recommend it to others.
