First time leaving our luggage at the YMCA booking office. The staff especially Adele were amazing and I couldn't thank them enough. I rang the YMCA direct before I made the booking as we'd been duped before trying to find somewhere to store luggage in Scarborough. Adele did a brilliant job of promoting stasher and explained how it worked. When we got there she showed us where the luggage is stored securely and the facilities the YMCA had to offer including a lovely library type room with free WIFI, snacks, books to read, crayons & paper and a free hot beverage. Considering it was snowing when we came to pick up the luggage and had a large dog with us this was really appreciated, she also has a good knowledge about popular places to eat etc. So if you're arriving by train and need somewhere to leave your bags or luggage until your holiday home is ready this is perfect.
