Everything went smoothly and bags were safe. However, the lady didn't know we had booked. We wasn't asked to take a photo or provide ID on both drop off and collection. This did make us worry that if someone had tried to, they would've been successful in claiming our bags were theirs. Luckily everything was fine though.

Only concern when i picked my lugagge at the end of the day was that they did not really validate that they piece of lugagge i dropped was the same code than the one i was removing from the hotel. It makes sense that i should not take anyone elses bags, but you never know....
