Katajanokka Terminal and West Terminal 2 have luggage lockers on their entrance floors. At West Terminal 2, they are next to the escalators. Both terminals accept card payments only and have a maximum storage time of 100 hours. Small lockers measure 37.0 cm × 45.5 cm × 85.5 cm and cost €3.50 for 0–4 hours, followed by €4.90 per 12 hours. Large lockers measure 54.5 cm × 62.0 cm × 85.5 cm, priced at €4.50 for 0–4 hours and €5.90 per 12 hours thereafter.
Olympia Terminal uses a different arrangement: its terminal kiosk provides luggage storage on request. The price is €2 per 24 hours for a small backpack or pouch, €3 per 24 hours for bags under 70 cm, and €4 per 24 hours for bags over 70 cm.

West Terminal 2 is at Tyynenmerenkatu 14, while Katajanokka Terminal is at Katajanokanlaituri 8. These addresses distinguish the two terminals when checking onward directions. Long-distance bus stops are located in front of West Terminal 1 and West Terminal 2 at the Port of Helsinki. During the summer season, city bike stations are available near Olympia Terminal, Katajanokka Terminal, West Terminal 1 and West Terminal 2.
