The staff at Love Madrid were very kind and professional. They took great care of my luggage with attention and efficiency, and they helped me both when storing it and when collecting it. The souvenir shop is also very nice and well-stocked. As they say, presentation matters too, and this was definitely something I really appreciated.

The location was easy to find. They gave you a locker in which to put our bags and gave us a key so we could return at any time if we needed to. Collection was simple . All in all very good way to save us having to carry our bags around all day.
