It would have been great if they'd included the hotel's name in the description. Upon arrival the process was easy, everyone very friendly :) they stored the luggage in the hallway by their front desk, which seemed unsafe, but everything turned out fine

All worked out ok in the end, probably more helpful to have the QR code sent with the hotel booking or have it mentioned on their website, but hotel showed me what to at drop off.. didn’t get any discount by downloading the app… guess the code wasn’t entered by the hotel guy.
