Easy and very friendly hostel. We were even offered free coffee and use of showers, etc. :-)

The place appears to have little use of the app with Stasher customers, as they asked for a QR code, which the app doesn't even provide. Internal communication was lengthy. As is common in other places, luggage is left without any other security measures like lockers or locked areas. The system seemed somewhat lax to me. Although the staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

The drop off and pickup experience was great. A wonderful hotel as well if you need a spot to stay on either end just a few minutes from the airport. Large apartments with kitchen and more.
- Gabriela
The location was not safe as we were told it was an unsafe area and to be very careful.

Leaving bags at El Dorado Airport and bus terminals
El Dorado International Airport has 24-hour luggage storage in the public area on the first floor of Terminal 1. Its location keeps bags at the airport while the TransMilenio journey to Bogotá city centre takes between 50 and 70 minutes.
The Terminal de Transporte de Bogotá also provides luggage storage at its Salitre and Sur terminals. Salitre’s Módulo 3 is open 24 hours. At Sur, the service is open 24 hours on the second floor in the ticket area. Airport travellers can therefore store bags before the journey into the centre, while intercity-bus passengers have staffed terminal options at either Salitre or Sur.
Navigating Bogotá's museums and sights bag-free
At the Museo Nacional de Colombia, carry-on baggage must not exceed 39 cm x 33 cm x 13 cm. Anything larger must be left in the cloakroom. The check is mandatory for every package, umbrella, suitcase and large bag before a visit begins, so meeting the size limit does not remove the cloakroom rule for these items.
The José Celestino Mutis Botanical Garden is closed on Mondays for maintenance. If Monday is a public holiday, it closes on Tuesday instead. Schedule the museum and garden on separate bag-free itinerary days where these restrictions fit your plans.
Late-night collections, oversized bags, and flexible booking
Stasher has 14 points in Bogotá open 24/7, plus 23 that stay open late. For evening flights, this covers both overnight timing and later-night schedules without limiting availability to daytime opening.
Stasher has no bag size or weight limits, so oversized gear is not restricted by a stated measurement or scale limit. Large cases and heavy equipment fall under the same policy.
Storage is provided through trusted local shops and hotels, or self-service smart lockers. Bags are kept safely out of sight until collection.
Every Stasher booking in Bogotá is covered by the Stasher Guarantee up to US$14,000 per booking, including bookings at either type of location.
Before drop-off, a cancelled booking can receive a 50% refund or a 100% coupon, providing a stated option when plans change.
