Neither at drop-off, nor at pick-up did the person (two different people) know anything about Stasher or the service I had paid for to use. However, the person who was there when I dropped the bag off let me drop it off and the person who was there when I picked it up was friendly and let me to the store room where it was kept.

Storing bags near the town centre, Schüttdorf and the Eishalle

A Stasher point near Zell am See train station suits a visit to the town square and Vogtturm Museum, both a 5-minute walk away. That location supports a bag-free stroll through the centre. Regional bus lines 70 and 640 connect the station with the Schüttdorf area, so luggage storage near the station also fits trips beyond the town centre. At Eishalle Zell am See, bottles, glasses, cans and Tetra Paks are prohibited throughout the entire ice-rink area. Storing those items before visiting the rink avoids carrying anything that cannot enter.

Bag sizes, flexibility and how collection works

Stasher has no bag size or weight limits, which suits ski equipment and large rucksacks in Zell am See. Flexibility does not end with daytime hours: two Stasher points in Zell am See stay open late, which is useful for evening plans. These provisions cover oversized luggage and last-minute changes without adding separate size or weight restrictions.
