It was fine, apart from the chaos at 3pm. It’s the time that check in opens at that hotel so the lobby was packed with people checking in and others wanting to pick up luggage. The staff got quite angry which in turn angered the people checking in. Maybe don’t make 3pm an option to pick up luggage, that would help them

The app was easy to use and very helpful giving me information about where to keep my bag. The only hitch was I went to the hotel before booking and they did not seem aware that I could book for multiple days (which I needed). After checking with a manager, they agreed to take my bag in the end and I was very thankful.

Waited a short time at the hotel reception to hand in my suitcase. Staff very pleasant and efficient both at drop off and pick up. Arrived later than the time I booked, but that didn’t matter and I could have left the suitcase for longer too. Perfect for my needs that day. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
