Small location with friendly staff. Had to wait a few minutes when picking up as nobody at the premises when we arrived (possibly next door 🤷‍♀️). Good value for the cost of the service. No other problems with the process.

I booked it as it’s near the Tower of London. It is about five to ten minutes away with a very busy road to cross. One drawback was, the storage room is down a flight of quite steep stairs and I was asked to take the bag down myself. Not a problem as it was small but if you had big cases or are not so able, you would struggle. Hopefully they would offer help but only one person serving. The staff member was friendly and polite.
