This was a great option as we got to Edinburgh around 9:00 AM and could not check into our Airbnb until 3:00 PM and did not want to have to drag our bags all over the place. This location, Premier Inn was perfect as it was only two blocks from where we were staying. The service was friendly and fast. It was also very secure storage. We will use Stasher again for sure!

Great location in the middle of the Plaza. Easy to find. Friendly staff at the desk to help facilitate the stowing of our bag. But, we had to carry the bag up 15 steps to check it in and out.

Easy to find, and it was quick and easy to check in our bags. They were in a securely locked room, and tagged. Retrieving them was only a little more complex...I had to ask the bar manager at the Voodoo Lounge to get them. It wasn't that much of an issue and the folks there were friendly and helpful, but I guess some Stasher clients might have some qualms about having to go through a bar to get their luggage.

Very friendly and helpful staff, just didn't take photos because they really don't have the time but I took some myself before. They take your luggage, put on the tags, so great, they also ask when you will come to pick them up. Great service.

Airport and station storage

Tirana International Airport is the country's main gateway for international flights, but it has no official left-luggage service or public lockers inside or directly outside the terminal, so don't count on dropping a suitcase there before a flight. The airport bus line runs 24/7 between the city centre, behind the Palace of Opera and Ballet, and the terminal, taking roughly 30-45 minutes and costing 400 L (€4.50) one way, which means you can head back into the city to store a bag rather than waiting airside. Each passenger may carry two large pieces of luggage and two small bags on that service, and Drita Travel's similar airport link allows one free hand-luggage item up to 45x35x20cm plus one suitcase up to 55x40x23cm for the hold, so most bags will ride with you. The Durrës–Tirana railway is still being rebuilt and isn't expected to carry passengers before the end of 2027, so the bus is the only rail-free way in for now. Longer-distance coaches to Kosovo, Greece, Italy, Macedonia, Bulgaria and Montenegro leave from the provisional international terminal behind the Palace of Sports Asllan Rusi on Dritan Hoxha Street, another spot where you'd need your luggage sorted before boarding.
