The lockers are in the foyer but you can’t necessarily see it from the street, so that might catch some people out. Easily figured it out though and felt confident our bags would be safe and secure.

The staff were polite and friendly and the whole process only took a couple of minutes. The locations was convenient and the extended opening hours meant we could enjoy the day sightseeing without having to rush back.

This place is just 10-min walk away from the Victoria coach station and/or the Victoria train station. It's a hotel where you can leave your luggage while you can explore the city. The staff was really friendly and helpful, however, I would prefer to receive a ticket or something similar when I leave my luggage here just to put my mind at ease. (Instead of just telling them my name when I pick it up)
