The place was closed. I had to find a new place and repay in order to leave my luggages. This fact is unacceptable. I want a refund.

6 pound is a lot to pay for a few hours left luggage service. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service.

I needed to leave a bag overnight so I could visit Brighton for a celebration. Everything with Stasher worked like a dream. No problems whatsoever.

Simple and straight-forward. The staff were lovely and helpful. Great value for money. You get luggage tag numbers when you drop your belongings off that you hand back when you collect. 10/10 recommend.

I checked my bag right where I wanted to be, in the middle of the theatre district. It was quick and easy. I would do it again and would recommend it to anyone.

It was so incredibly easy to store my luggage at the hotel. I spent less than five minutes (drop-off and pickup combined) and got the rest of the day to spend without worrying about my stuff.

Such a convenient service. Appreciate that it had 24 hour service.

Usually use victoria coach station but got fed up with the attitude of staff and people waiting....also station is more expensive.

I made a mistake whilst booking due to glare on my laptop screen & booked the wrong day. The service staff were promptly helpful & courteous in rectifying it. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I got there at 8 o'clock as I had indicated and the place wasn't even open yet. Also, it wasn't exactly close to Liverpool Street Station—which I didn't know until after I'd paid. So, overall, I wouldn't recommend this service. I ended up lugging my suitcase to Liverpool Street Station where I had to spend another 12.50.

It was just so convenient and so easy to use Also much cheaper than the train station my only regret is why I didn't know about it earlier
