Quick and convenient

Easy to use and good variety of locations that suited. The hotel has a secure luggage facility and I felt as confident leaving my luggage here as I would in any hotel. I will definitely use this location again.

Easy to book online and to find somewhere open on a Sunday evening. The woman in the shop was very friendly and helpful.

We used Stasher in Barcelona after a cruise. We had few hours to kill before our flight and didn’t want to carry suitcases in Barcelona. Booking process was seamless, the process at the location (a hotel) was easy and so was the retrieval of our bags few hours later. Highly recommend the service !

Wanted to stash my luggage bag by the train station in Brighton to enjoy a last day exploring the city before returning home to London. Googled luggage storage, found the location easily, very near the train station. I didn’t realise I had to book online before I got to the store, but they had WiFi and I was able to book within 5 mins and leave my bag. Easy pickup when I returned later. Only compliant is that you can’t book less than 24 hours (unless I just missed that section on mobile...).

We four stasher very easy to book online only 5 mini walk from euston st.we used stasher because we could not take large bags up the shard.

Mes plans de voyage ont changé. J'ai avis Stasher selon la procédure expliqué dans la FAQ que j'annulais ma demande de réservation. Malgré deux courriels, je n'ai reçu aucun remboursement. Je dois contester cette transaction via ma carte de crédit. Bref, si vous réservez avec eux pour la consigne de vos bagages, soyez sûre que vos plans ne changeront pas! Sinon, il vous faudra prendre des mesures pour contester votre transaction comme je dois le faire. Je vous suggère d'utiliser leurs concurrents qui n'exigent pas de prépaiement.
