Easy to use, very useful service in Paris

Super easy, no hassle, just what was required for a few hours which removed a problem and left me free to wander and browse Camden without lugging a case around. Well worth £6

Pre paid for the service. Arrived at location to be turned away. They said that they weren’t doing the service yet

Friendly and helpful with great coffee!

Before booking, the web page stated that I was paying for 24 hours of storage. After paying £6 though, I was brought to a confirmation page saying that I could only store my item until 7pm. This was roughly 1 hour. I was in a hurry, and already being outside of the drop off spot I spoke to the owners, who helped me and allowed me to pick my item up the following day instead. I tried to contact city stasher using the online chat, and they just told me to check the opening times. Absolutely useless customer service. I was very disappointed, and will not be using the service again.

Easy to find next to London Bridge tube. Perfect for leaving your bags if you plan to do the View from the Shard as there are no facilities there for a larger bag. Easy to book and no waiting either to drop off or collect.

Friendly and efficient. Conveniently located and opened 24 hours. Fantastic alternative to Paddington Luggage Storage option, which was twice more expensive.

Extremely convenient location for King's Cross which meant no struggling with bags. Very easy service to use and would definitely use again when I don't want to be lugging bags around the city.

Simple and easy.

I am sorry to tell you that the stashing point at Denfert Rochereau in Paris is'nt reliable . I had made a reservation between 8 & 9 AM but had to wait until 10.15 AM for the store to open. The person who wasn' t the owner told me that he opened when ever he wanted to and that I was lucky he didn't decide to open at 12 ! Still I had no choice and left my luggage but wasn't very reassured and worried all day wondering if I would ever retreive it... Even though I did, I do think you should find another spot and regret I spent 6€ for such a lousy service. Françoise Humbert

Really easy to find as use. Very reliable and would definitely use again. Nice and cheap in comparison to other places aswell as a really nice owner.
