Great service. Very handy for the Royal Mile/Castle. Would recommend to everyone :)

It was very convenient and much cheaper than leaving it at the station.

Convenient and very reasonably priced. The location was so close to my train station and the staff were super helpful and polite!

Easy to book and use. But store was very grumpy with deposit and collection.

I arrived to drop off my bag to find that the shop was closed! Managed to get hold of someone at Stasher who directed me to another shop further along the same road, then asked me if they needed to inform anyone else - I would expect them to know their own booking records and whether there were other customers they needed to contact, not to have to ask me! The second shop were storing bags in the main shop among the shelves, open to any customer who walked in. I told them I was running late and needed to drop my bag quickly, they made me walk back to the first shop and then took my bag, gave me a reference number but didn't check my ID or security seal my bag.

Great idea to utilize existing facilities to store luggage. No admin work at the storage facility was good, and no need to print confirmation was also a plus, the only issue I had was accessing the website via my iPhone and needed a PC to make the reservation & pay.

In store experience was great. Website needs work, I was unable to book from my mobile but luckiy l had a pc to hand.

We had a wwwkwnd away and needed an mwhwre to drop our bags. This was an easy drop and pick up in a great location

It was easy to book on line. We were easily able to find the location, and it took only a few moments to deposit our suitcase. It was great to spend the day unencumbered, and easy to collect at the end.

Extrem de usor de folosit acest serviciu. Locatia este foarte bine pozitionata fata de Waterloo Station iar personalul foarte amabil si binevoitor. Bagajele au fost sigilate la predare si au fost restituite in aceeasi stare. Am fost foarte multumit si recomand fara ezitare acest mod de depozitare a bagajelor.

They were excellent, I just wish there was an hourly rate as we only needed the service for 3 hours.

Had to book out of accommodation at 10am and flight wasn't until 9pm. We found a place close by who offered a storage service and they used CityStasher. We were very pleased with the process and the cost.
